Summary

I. – Substituer à la seconde phrase de l’alinéa 2, la phrase suivante : « Ces tirs sont réalisés sur la propriété de l’éleveur ou sur les parcelles où son troupeau pâture, et dans un périmètre strictement limité aux abords immédiats du troupeau, défini par arrêté préfectoral. » II. – En conséquence, compléter le même alinéa 2 par la phrase suivante : « L’éleveur peut déléguer cette mission à toute personne titulaire d’un permis de chasse ainsi qu’à des lieutenants de louveterie. »
