Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 2, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° bis À la fin de la dernière phrase du huitième alinéa les mots : « , à une personne autre qu’un membre de son foyer fiscal et qu’un parent ou allié jusqu’au deuxième degré inclus » sont supprimés ; « 1° ter La seconde phrase du neuvième alinéa est supprimée. II. – Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
