Summary

L’article 226‑10 du code pénal est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les peines sont portées à sept ans d’emprisonnement et 75 000 euros d’amende lorsque la dénonciation mentionnée au premier alinéa a été formulée à l’occasion d’une demande aux fins de délivrance d’une ordonnance provisoire de protection de l’enfant dans les conditions prévues par l’article 515‑13‑2 du code civil. »
