Summary

L’article L. 4332‑1 du code de la santé publique est complété par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Par dérogation au deuxième alinéa, dans le cadre des structures d’exercice coordonné mentionnées aux articles L. 1411‑11‑1, L. 1434‑12, L. 6323‑1 et L. 6323‑3, les psychomotriciens peuvent exercer leur art sans prescription médicale. « Un bilan initial et un compte-rendu des soins réalisés par les psychomotriciens sont adressés au médecin traitant et reportés dans le dossier médical partagé. »
