Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante « Après le 5° bis de l’article L. 225‑5 du code de la route, sont insérés des 5° ter et 5° quater ainsi rédigés : « 5° ter Aux agents de la police nationale, aux militaires de la gendarmerie nationale et aux agents des douanes exerçant dans un organisme de coopération internationale policière et douanière ; « 5° quater Aux fonctionnaires ou agents de l’État chargés de l’instruction de la recevabilité des requêtes en exonération relatives aux amendes forfaitaires et des réclamations relatives aux amendes forfaitaires majorées mentionnées aux articles 495‑18, 495‑19, 529‑10 et 530 du code de procédure pénale ; ».
