Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « L’article L. 322‑1 du code de la route est complété par un IV ainsi rédigé : « IV. – La possibilité mentionnée au premier alinéa du I du présent article est applicable lorsqu’une amende forfaitaire majorée a été prononcée en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article 322‑4‑1 du code pénal. Dans ce cas, l’opposition au transfert du certificat d’immatriculation porte sur les véhicules ayant servi à commettre l’infraction. « La réclamation formée selon les modalités et dans les délais mentionnés aux articles 495‑19 à 495‑21 du code de procédure pénale fait obstacle à l’opposition au transfert du certificat d’immatriculation ou entraîne sa levée. »
