Le I de l’article L. 212‑5‑1 du code de l’environnement est complété par un 5° ainsi rédigé : « 5° Identifier les gisements mobilisables de réutilisation des eaux usées traitées et définir les conditions de leur mobilisation, notamment en tant que levier de substitution aux prélèvements dans le milieu naturel, lorsque celle-ci est techniquement et économiquement réalisable et dans le respect des exigences sanitaires et environnementales applicables. »
