Summary

Après l’alinéa 16, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « III. – Sans préjudice des priorités prévues à l’article L. 441‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, lorsque plusieurs candidats présentent un niveau de priorité équivalent, les logements locatifs sociaux dont la production ou la rénovation bénéficie du concours financier de l’Agence nationale pour la rénovation urbaine dans le cadre du troisième programme national de renouvellement urbain sont attribués prioritairement aux personnes de nationalité française. « Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les modalités d’application du présent III. »
