Summary

La section 1 du chapitre II du titre III du livre I er du code de la sécurité intérieure est complétée par un article L. 132‑7‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 132‑7‑1 . – Lorsque des faits sont susceptibles de porter atteinte à la tranquillité publique, le maire peut, au titre de ses pouvoirs de police, ordonner la fermeture administrative des établissements mentionnés aux articles L. 331‑1 à L. 334‑2, pour une durée n’excédant pas vingt-quatre heures. »
