Summary

Le titre II du livre III du code de l’urbanisme est ainsi modifié : 1° L’article L. 321‑2 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’adhésion d’un établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre à un établissement public foncier de l’État existant est soumis à l’accord de l’organe délibérant de cet établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre. » ; 2° L’article L. 324‑2 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’adhésion d’un établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre à un établissement public foncier local existant est soumis à l’accord de l’organe délibérant de cet établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre. »
