Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 18, supprimer les mots : « mentionnés au II de l’article L. 4163‑16 du code du travail ainsi que ceux ». II. – En conséquence, à la fin de l’alinéa 47, substituer au taux : « 20 % », le taux : « 1,25 % ». III. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa 47, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « a bis ) À la même seconde phrase, après le mot : « sociale », sont insérés les mots : « sans pouvoir excéder 50 % de ce même plafond ». »
