Summary

Le titre IV du code rural et de la pêche maritime est ainsi modifié : I. – Le 2° de l’article L. 640‑2 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « – la mention “démarche collective d’agriculture à intérêt nutritionnel et environnemental”. » II. – En conséquence, la sous-section 2 de la section 2 du chapitre I er du titre IV du livre VI est complétée par un article L. 641‑19‑2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 641‑19‑2 . – Peuvent bénéficier de la mention “démarche collective d’agriculture à intérêt nutritionnel et environnemental” les produits agricoles ou alimentaires produits selon une démarche agricole garantissant l’amélioration de la qualité nutritionnelle de l’alimentation, la protection de l’environnement et respectant des conditions fixées par décret. »
