Summary

I. – Compléter cet article par la phrase suivante : « Le Gouvernement remet un rapport au Parlement, le 1 er octobre de chaque année durant la période applicable à la loi de programmation, présentant l’évolution de la réalisation de cet objectif. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « À compter du 1 er octobre 2024, le rapport mentionné au précédent alinéa présente un référentiel comptable partagé entre l’État et les collectivités territoriales afin d’évaluer l’impact environnemental de leurs dépenses d’investissement. Celui-ci prévoit également l’analyse des motifs ayant présidé à la cotation neutre ou à l’absence de cotation des dépenses du budget général dans le rapport sur l’impact environnemental du budget, mentionné au 6° de l’article 179 de la loi n° 2019‑1479 du 28 décembre 2019 de finances pour 2020. »
