Summary

I. – L’article L. 221‑32 du code monétaire et financier est ainsi modifié : 1° Le I est ainsi modifié : a) À la première phrase, le mot : « huitième » est remplacé par le mot : « cinquième » ; b) À la seconde phrase, après le mot : « Toutefois, » sont insérés les mots : « lorsque le retrait intervient avant la huitième année, » ; 2° Le II est ainsi modifié : a) Au premier alinéa, le mot : « huitième » est remplacé par le mot : « cinquième » ; b) À la première phrase du second alinéa, le mot : « huit » est remplacé par le mot : « cinq ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
