Rédiger ainsi cet article :  « Après l’article L. 125‑2 du code des assurances, il est inséré un article L. 125‑2‑1 A ainsi rédigé :  « «  Art. L. 125‑2‑1  A . – Lorsqu’il est reconnu un état de catastrophe naturelle lié aux mouvements de terrain différentiels consécutifs à la sécheresse et à la réhydratation des sols, les dommages dont la nature est définie par l’arrêté mentionné au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 125‑1, s’étant produits dans les zones et pendant les périodes visées par l’arrêté, sont présumés avoir pour cause déterminante le phénomène de mouvements de terrain différentiels que l’arrêté constate ».
