Summary

I. – L’article 975 du code général des impôts est complété par un VII ainsi rédigé : « VII. – Sont également exonérés les immeubles classés et inscrits au titre des monuments historiques mentionnés aux articles L. 621‑1, L. 621‑3 et L. 621‑6 du code du patrimoine. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts.
