Summary

L’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 2333‑30 du code général des collectivités territoriales est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le taux : « 1 % », la fin de la première phrase est ainsi rédigée : « et 10 % du coût par personne de la nuitée » ; 2° Après la même phrase, sont insérées deux phrases ainsi rédigées : « Les collectivités peuvent encadrer ce tarif en instaurant un plancher dont le montant est égal à l’un des tarifs figurant au tableau du troisième alinéa du présent article. Elles peuvent également instaurer un plafond dont le montant est égal à l’un des tarifs figurant au tableau du troisième alinéa du présent article ».
