Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 2, après la première occurrence du mot : « extinction », insérer le mot : « progressive ». II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « L’extinction mentionnée à l’alinéa précédent intervient : « – pour les tarifs réglementés de vente de gaz naturel, un an après la promulgation de l’ordonnance pour les clients professionnels et au 1 er juillet 2023 pour les clients résidentiels, les propriétaires uniques d’un immeubles à usage d’habitation et les syndicats de copropriétaires d’un tel immeuble ; « – pour les clients concernés par la fin des tarifs réglementés de vente d’électricité, un an après la promulgation de l’ordonnance ; ».
