Summary

I. – Le b du 2 du C du VI de la section II du chapitre premier du titre IV de la première partie du livre premier du code général des impôts est complété par un article 789 ter ainsi rédigé : « Art. 789 ter . – Les legs consentis à un petit-enfant bénéficient d’un abattement de 31 865 €. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
