Summary

L’article L. 1222‑9 du code du travail est ainsi modifié : 1° Le dernier alinéa du I est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « L’employeur ne peut s’opposer à la demande de recours au télétravail lorsqu’elle est formulée par un travailleur handicapé, mentionné aux articles L. 5213‑1 et L. 5213‑2, occupant un poste éligible » 2° Le II est complété par un 5° ainsi rédigé : « 5° Les modalités d’accès à une organisation en télétravail aux travailleurs handicapés, en application des mesures prévues par l’article L. 5213‑6. »
