Le titre I er du livre VII du code de commerce est complété par une section 7 ainsi rédigée : « Section 7 « Transfert du personnel des chambres de commerce et d’industrie «  Art. L. 711‑26 . – Sauf disposition législative spécifique, lorsque survient une modification dans la situation juridique d’une chambre de commerce et d'industrie employeur ou de tout ou partie de l’une de ses activités, notamment en cas de vente, fusion, acquisition, transfert ou transformation, l’organisme d’accueil peut proposer un engagement ou un contrat aux collaborateurs concernés. « Les modalités d’application du présent article sont précisées par décret. »
