Summary

Après l’alinéa 46, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’une entreprise commercialise des produits agricoles ou des produits alimentaires comportant un ou plusieurs produits agricoles livrés dans le cadre d’un contrat d’intégration conclu entre un producteur agricole et cette entreprise au sens des articles L. 326‑1 à L. 326‑10, le contrat de vente prend en compte, le cas échéant, les indicateurs utilisés et mentionnés dans le contrat d’intégration qui les lie. »
