I. – À la fin de l’alinéa 4, supprimer les mots : « Ce partage peut être mis en œuvre : » II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Pour l’application du premier alinéa du I, la définition de l’augmentation exceptionnelle du bénéfice prend en compte des critères tels que la taille de l’entreprise, le secteur d’activité, les bénéfices réalisés lors des années précédentes ou les événements exceptionnels externes à l’entreprise intervenus antérieurement à la réalisation du bénéfice. « Le partage de la valeur mentionné au premier alinéa du I peut être mis en œuvre : ».
