Summary

I. – Au début, ajouter l’alinéa suivant : « I. – Au premier alinéa de l’article 521‑1 du code pénal, le mot : « deux » est remplacé par le mot : « trois » et le montant : « 30 000 euros » est remplacé par le montant : « 45 000 euros ». » II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 2, substituer aux mots : « trois ans d’emprisonnement et à 45 000 euros » les mots : « cinq ans d’emprisonnement et à 75 000 euros ».
