Après le mot :  « plastique »,  rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 2 :  « à usage unique non recyclables sont interdits. Le caractère recyclable d’un emballage s’apprécie notamment en fonction de sa capacité à être collecté, trié et transformé en matières pouvant être utilisées pour la fabrication de produits. Un décret précise les modalités de mise en œuvre du présent alinéa, notamment les situations dans lesquelles cette interdiction ne s’applique pas afin de prévenir les risques pour l’environnement, pour la santé ou pour la sécurité. »
