Summary

Le chapitre V du titre II du livre I er de la deuxième partie du code général de la propriété des personnes publiques est complété par une section 5 ainsi rédigée : « Section 5 : Dispositions particulières au domaine public portuaire « Art. L. 2125‑11. – Sans préjudice de la répression au titre des contraventions de grande voirie, le stationnement sans autorisation sur le domaine public portuaire donne lieu au paiement d’une indemnité d’occupation égale à la redevance, majorée de 100 %, qui aurait été due pour un stationnement régulier à l’emplacement considéré ou à un emplacement similaire, sans application d’éventuels abattements. »
