Summary

Le 4 de l’article 224 du code des douanes est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le mot : « bateaux », la fin du deuxième alinéa est ainsi rédigée : « dont l’âge au 1 er  janvier 2019 est supérieur à 10 ans et égal ou inférieur à 20 ans ; » ; 2° Après le mot : « bateaux », la fin du troisième alinéa est ainsi rédigée : « dont l’âge au 1 er janvier 2019 est supérieur à 20 ans et égal ou inférieur à 25 ans ; » ; 3° Après le mot : « bateaux », la fin du quatrième alinéa est ainsi rédigée : « dont l’âge au 1 er janvier 2019 est supérieur à 25 ans. »
