Summary

L’article L. 1111‑23 du code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début du premier alinéa, est insérée la mention : « I. – » ; 2° Avant le dernier alinéa, il est inséré un II ainsi rédigé : « II. – Afin de favoriser l’accès des patients aux produits mentionné au I, le Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens assure la mise en œuvre d’un traitement de données consacré à l’anticipation et au traitement des ruptures et risques de ruptures. Les pharmaciens d’officine et de pharmacie à usage intérieur sont tenus d’alimenter ce traitement de données. » 3° Le dernier alinéa est ainsi modifié : a) Au début, est ajoutée la mention : « I. – » ; b) Sont ajoutés les mots : « , notamment les conditions d’accès des prescripteurs et du public aux informations relatives aux données mentionnées au II. ».
