Summary

I – À la fin de l’alinéa 8, supprimer les mots : « ou, le cas échéant, lors du prononcé du divorce ». II. – En conséquence, après l'alinéa 9, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « Si le demandeur a introduit l’instance sans indiquer les motifs de sa demande, le délai caractérisant l’altération définitive du lien conjugal est apprécié au prononcé du divorce. »
