Summary

Le Livre I er du code de l’urbanisme est ainsi modifié : 1° Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 123‑1 est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Quand le plan local d’urbanisme est élaboré par un établissement public de coopération intercommunale, il comprend également une charte architecturale et paysagère. » ; 2° Après l’article L. 123‑1, il est inséré un article L. 123‑1‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 123‑1‑1 . – Quand le plan local d’urbanisme est élaboré par un établissement public de coopération intercommunale, la charte architecturale et paysagère est élaborée par l’établissement public en prenant en compte les spécificités urbaines et paysagères locales. » ; 3° Après le 5° de l’article L. 151‑2, il est inséré un 6° ainsi rédigé : « 6° Quand il est élaboré par un établissement public de coopération intercommunale, une charte architecturale et paysagère. »
