Summary

Après l’alinéa 71, insérer trois alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Lorsque les spécificités liées à la densité démographique, au bassin territorial et au nombre de logements locatifs sociaux présents dans le département le justifient, il peut être dérogé aux dispositions du I.  « Dans ce cadre, et sur demande du président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale, le représentant de l’État dans le département organise une concertation nécessaire pour y déroger. « Un décret précise les modalités d’application du présent article. »
