Après l'alinéa 49, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « Le conseil métropolitain se prononce obligatoirement dans un délai d’un an à compter de la publication de la présente loi sur la révision du champ de l’intérêt métropolitain attaché à l’exercice de la compétence « construction, aménagement, entretien et fonctionnement d'équipements culturels, socioculturels, socio-éducatifs et sportifs d'intérêt métropolitain » prévue au c du 1° du I de l’article L. 5217-2 du code général des collectivités territoriales. »
