Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 5, après le mot :  « agents » insérer les mots :  « des services mentionnés à l’alinéa précédent ». II. – En conséquence, compléter le même alinéa par la phrase suivante :  « Ils sont également accessibles, dans les mêmes conditions, aux agents du service du ministère de la défense mentionné à l’article L. 2371‑2 du code de la défense spécialement habilités à cet effet. » III. – En conséquence, compléter l’alinéa 10 par les mots :  « et qui ne sont accessibles qu’à ses agents spécialement habilités à cette fin ».
