Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 10, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 4° bis Le 1° de l’article L. 222‑2 est ainsi modifié : « – le taux : « 4 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 10 % » ; « – le taux : « 6 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 12 % ». II. – En conséquence, à la seconde phrase de l’alinéa 12, substituer au taux : « 4 % », le taux : « 10 % ». III. – En conséquence, à la même seconde phrase de l’alinéa 12, substituer au taux : « 6 % », le taux : « 12 % ».
