Summary

L’article L. 231‑4 du code des relations entre le public et l’administration est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Toutefois, dans les cas mentionnés au présent article, à l’exclusion des 3° et 4°, des décrets en Conseil d’État peuvent prévoir, dans l’intérêt d’une bonne administration et lorsque la nature des décisions en cause le permet, que le silence gardé par l’administration pendant deux mois vaut acceptation ».
