Summary

Après l’alinéa 3, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 2°  bis  Après le troisième alinéa du même article L. 131‑5, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Pour les enfants nés grands ou très grands prématurés au cours du dernier trimestre de l’année civile, et sur demande et justificatif médical, leur rentrée scolaire peut être reportée à la rentrée scolaire de l’année civile où l’enfant aurait normalement atteint l’âge de trois ans. »
