Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 314‑4 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le cas échéant, cet objectif tient compte de coefficients géographiques fixés par arrêté, s’appliquant aux tarifs des établissements et services implantés dans certaines zones afin de tenir compte d’éventuels facteurs spécifiques, qui modifient de manière manifeste, permanente et substantielle le prix de revient de certaines prestations dans la zone considérée. »
