Summary

I. – L’article 220 sexies du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa du 1 du III, le taux : « 20 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 30 % » et sont ajoutés les mots : « entre le 1 er mai 2020 et le 31 décembre 2021 » ; 2° Au  b  du 2 du VI, le montant : « 1 150 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 1 725 € ». II. - La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. III. – Le I n’est applicable qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû.
