Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 551‑1 du code de l’éducation, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ces activités sont accessibles à tous les élèves, y compris à ceux en situation de handicap. Conformément à l’article 37‑1 de la Constitution, une expérimentation pourra être engagée par le gouvernement pour une période maximale de cinq ans à compter de la publication de la présente loi dans les académies volontaires. »
