Summary

I. – Le a du I de l’article 520 A du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le troisième alinéa est remplacé par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « 7,49 € par degré alcoométrique pour les bières dont le titre alcoométrique est compris entre 2,8 % vol et 11 % vol ; « 14,98 euros par degré alcoométrique pour les autres bières. » 2° Au cinquième alinéa, les mots : « aux dispositions précédentes » sont remplacés par les mots : « au troisième alinéa du présent a » et les mots : « excède 2,8 % vol. » sont remplacés par les mots : « est compris entre 2,8 % vol. et 11 % vol. ». II. –  Le 1° du I s’applique à compter du 1 er  janvier 2021.
