Summary

Après la seconde occurrence du mot : « contrat », la fin du second alinéa de l’article L. 223‑2 du code de la consommation est ainsi rédigée : « recueille l’accord exprès du consommateur pour être démarché par cet opérateur ou par toute entreprise à laquelle l’opérateur aurait transmis ses données téléphoniques. À défaut d’un tel accord, le numéro ne peut être communiqué pour un usage commercial de démarchage téléphonique. »
