Summary

Rétablir le III de l’alinéa 4 dans la rédaction suivante : « III. – Pour le renouvellement des conseils départementaux, le mandataire doit être inscrit dans le même département que le mandant. Pour le renouvellement des conseils régionaux, le mandataire doit être inscrit dans la même région que le mandant. « Pour l’application du présent III, la procuration est enregistrée au moins trois jours avant le scrutin. Celle-ci peut être acheminée par voie dématérialisée. Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les modalités d’envoi de la procuration dématérialisée. »
