L. 3611‑4‑3 . – Les peines prévues au I de l’article L. 3611‑4‑1 sont portées à sept ans d’emprisonnement et à 100 000 € d’amende lorsque les faits sont commis : « 1° Au moyen d’un service de communication au public en ligne, d’un service de plateforme en ligne ou d’un service de communications interpersonnelles permettant de promouvoir, d’offrir, de céder ou d’organiser la livraison de protoxyde d’azote destiné à un usage détourné ; « 2° À destination d’un mineur ; « 3° En bande organisée. »
