Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « Le titre I er du livre I er du code de la consommation est complété par un chapitre V ainsi rédigé : « Chapitre V « Affichage environnemental des denrées alimentaires  «  Art. L. 115‑1 . – À partir du 1 er janvier 2023, les informations suivantes doivent être indiquées sur certaines catégories de denrées alimentaires mises sur le marché sur le territoire français : « 1° Le mode de production, pour les denrées alimentaires animales ou d’origine animale ; « 2° L’origine géographique, pour les denrées alimentaires animales ou d’origine animale.  « Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les conditions d’application du présent article. »
