Summary

L’article L. 553‑3 du code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° À la fin du premier alinéa, les mots : « les garanties financières nécessaires » sont remplacés par les mots : « la consignation environnementale nécessaire » ; 2° Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : « garanties financières » sont remplacés par les mots : « consignation environnementale » ; 3° Le dernier alinéa est ainsi modifié : a)  À la première phrase, les mots : « , avant le 31 décembre 2010, » sont supprimés et les mots : « des garanties financières » sont remplacés par les mots : « de la consignation environnementale » ; b)  À la fin de la seconde phrase, les mots : « aux garanties financières » sont remplacés par les mots : « à la consignation environnementale ».
