Summary

Le II de l’article L. 231‑2‑1 du code du sport est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Toutefois, lorsqu’une compétition mentionnée au I est organisée sur le territoire d’un groupement européen de coopération territoriale ou une zone de coopération transfrontalière telle que définie par le programme de coopération territoriale européenne, les participants sont soumis en la matière à la réglementation de leur lieu de résidence quant aux conditions d’inscription. »
