Summary

I. – Après le c du 2° du I de l’article 81 A du code général des impôts, il est inséré un d ainsi rédigé « d) Navigation à bord de navires armés au commerce et immatriculés au registre de Mata’Utu, ». II. – Le I s’applique à compter du 1 er janvier 2026. III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
