Après l’article 802 du code général des impôts, il est inséré un article 802 bis ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 802 bis.- Lorsque le notaire mandaté par les héritiers, légataires ou donataires, leurs tuteurs ou curateurs, transmet une copie de la déclaration prévue au I de l’article 800 au moyen d’un service en ligne mis à disposition par l’administration depuis une plateforme dédiée, il appose sur cette copie les mentions de certification de l’identité des parties et de conformité à l’original. »
