Summary

Après le septième alinéa de l’article L. 6143‑5 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « Sans intégration du collège mentionné au 1° , peuvent également participer aux réunions du conseil de surveillance, avec voix consultative, chaque maire ou son représentant de la commune où est situé un démembrement de l’établissement principal de l’établissement public de santé. »
