Summary

L’article 90 de la loi n° 2015‑992 du 17 août 2015 relative à la transition énergétique pour la croissance verte est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début de cet article , il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’article L. 120‑2 du code de l’environnement est ainsi rédigé : » ; 2° Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Est interdite la pratique de l’éco-blanchiment consistant à affirmer, à laisser entendre ou à donner l’impression par tout moyen et sur tout support qu’un bien ou service a un effet positif ou n’a pas d’incidence sur l’environnement ou est moins néfaste pour l’environnement que les biens ou services concurrents sans que cela ne puisse être vérifié ou justifié par l’auteur de cette pratique. »
